To celebrate the miracle of September 19, the most awaited by the Neapolitans, the Deputation offers a special Digital Experience in live streaming of the Chapel and the Museum of the Treasure of San Gennaro, at a special cost of € 2: ‘Aspettando il miracolo‘‘, in Italian, the day before the liturgy, at 9.30 pm and ‘After the celebration of the Miracle‘, in English, on the afternoon of the 19th at 5.00 pm( Rome Time).

Participating in this digital experience will be an excellent opportunity for discover the Neapolitans’ long, close relationship with their patron saint, St. Januarius, chosen by the people as the spiritual protector of the town from catastrophes. A unique story which has given rise to a solid cult characterised by numerous historical and artistic events all centering on the City of Naples.

Paolo Jorio, the Director of the Museum of the Treasure of San Gennaro, will guide you on this tour, during which you will get to know the beauty of the works and the stories of the various artists who contributed to the creation of a universal artistic gem, the chapel and the museum of the Treasure of St. Januarius, with its exceptional, priceless masterpieces.
